I am a new cook and I created this recipe for my boyfriend who loved his mothers lemon butter chicken to death but it was a bit stuffy going on for the butter for me. My compromise utilizes half a glue of butter and has loud flavor. relief this on top of higher than rice for an amazing dinner! Great leftovers too!

The ingredient of Lemon Chicken

  1. 3 tablespoons olive oil
  2. 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  3. 3 each shallots, sliced
  4. 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  5. u00bd stick unsalted butter, divided
  6. 4 each skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  7. 1 pinch salt and pitch black pepper to taste
  8. 3 each lemons, zested and juiced
  9. 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  10. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  11. u00bc cup water

The instruction how to make Lemon Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a deep skillet higher than medium heat. go to onion, shallots, and garlic; cook and rouse until onion becomes translucent, roughly more or less 5 minutes. increase be credited with 1/2 of the butter.
  2.
